As a member of the National Notary Association and E&O insured, I will travel to a location of your choosing to assist you with your document needs.

Documents and forms commonly notarized include:

Business Agreements – Contracts, trusts, and other official agreements.
Legal Affidavits – Sworn statements used in legal cases.
Financial Documents – Loan agreements, promissory notes.
Real Estate Documents – Deeds, mortgages, property transfers.
Power of Attorney (POA) – Documents granting authority to act on someone’s behalf.
Wills & Estate Planning – Colorado does not require a notary’s signature for a will to be valid. However, a notary’s signature makes the document self-proved, which can simplify probate proceedings.

Acceptable forms of payment at time of service are Zelle, Venmo, Cash and Check. Companies may be invoiced.

Mobile notary services in Fort Collins and the surrounding communities. I can meet you at any location that is convenient for you. Each transaction will be completed securely, successfully, and with compassion and discretely.

Saturday – Sunday: 8am – 6pm
$5 per signature for after-hours appointment

Travel (within 25 miles of office):
$15 per signature + $35 travel fee
Additional travel fee is $1.00 per mile.
Witness charge: $20.00 per witness.
